lot. And the answer is YES.
Buyer's agents prefer to
show homes that have lockboxes. And imagine if an agent has a
buyer for your home. But, can not show your home when it is
convenient for them. They will tend to skip or save your
house last to show. And the worst part about that is, their
buyer may put an offer on another home, before ever seeing yours.
